Patrick Swayze, my sympathy to his family, friends, fans and everyone who loved him everywhere.
This beloved star from movies such as, Dirty Dancing and Ghost was a great person from what i see and will be highly missed.
Patrick Swayze passed peacefully with his family by his side on a ranch he owned on
the 16th i believe( sorry if this date is false) sept 2009
A man of such talent, had a disease called Pancreatic Cancer, though my personal belief is to quit smoking as soon as someone is diagnosed with Cancer, others do not take this view, and under such stress and pain from cancer I could understand why you would not want to. Patrick Swayze was a strong man and tried to continue his life the way it was he did not quit smoking In a blurb i found it said """Swayze said his smoking habit was "probably" a contributing factor to his cancer, but saw no point in giving up once he was diagnosed. "Will stopping smoking now stop anything, change anything? No. But when it looks like I may live longer than five minutes, I'll drop cigarettes like a hot potato." """ but i digress, this is not about smoking, so sorry for that tidbit if you may have found it too long

This is why i would love to show you a program called folding at home.
My boyfriend and i have it running in the backgrounds of our computers all the time you can set it to however much computer usage you'd like so it dosen't slow you down, but what it does is "folds" the proteins every way it can to find out how they work, thus finding the cure for cancer.
I will give you the link if you would like to, i highly stress that please, if you leave your computer on often, or if you love to try and help people send this link to as many people as you can, it runs i the background and does it's work and then sends the info back to the people who created it! please, read up on it and try to consider before you say no.
This is a cause, I believe, though you may not, that needs more recognition.
